REFUND POLICY
DNA Testing Refund Policy
Refunds for DNA testing services at Clearview Screening Solutions are provided at our discretion and may include administrative and handling fees. All partial payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Once services have commenced, including the shipping of DNA kits or the initiation of any testing procedures, refunds will not be issued.
If a full payment has been made and the appointment is later canceled, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. If the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a $75 cancellation fee will be imposed.
In the event that Clearview Screening Solutions requires a recollection of DNA samples, and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. However, the test may be rescheduled.
Completion times for DNA testing are provided as estimates at the time of service. While we strive to complete testing ahead of schedule, results may occasionally exceed the estimated timeline. Once testing is underway, refunds will not be available.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund and wish to start the process, please follow these steps:
Contact us at refund@clearviewscreening.com with the subject line “Refund Request.
In the body of the email, please provide:
Your full name
Order number or appointment details
The reason for your refund request
Any supporting documentation (if applicable).
Once your request is received, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. We may request additional information or clarification during this time.
After the review, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
